Unicat follows an open-IP approach: the community may freely use and remix the Unicat name, logo, and art — make memes, make merch, make it yours. You may likewise share and reuse the content of this Website without prior permission. The only restrictions are that you may not present yourself as the official Unicat website or an official Unicat account, you may not use the Unicat name or artwork to scam, deceive, or impersonate others, and you may not claim exclusive ownership of the shared name, logo, or art. The Website is otherwise subject to the laws of Germany.

2. Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Unicat. Unicat has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Unicat shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services. 12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Website constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Website, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms and Conditions).

18. Contract Renouncement

The CAT coin is not held or controlled by Unicat. The smart contracts associated with the CAT coin will be renounced at launch, which means that all control over the contracts is relinquished and the contracts will have no owner. Once the smart contracts are renounced, no changes can be made to the contract by Unicat or any other parties. By participating in the CAT coin ecosystem, you acknowledge and understand that the renouncement of the smart contracts results in the community having full ownership and governance over the CAT coin, and that once renounced, no one — including Unicat — will have any control or influence over the CAT coin or its smart contracts.

19. No Profit

Unicat does not derive any profit, directly or indirectly, from the Unicat Coin ($CAT). Our primary goal is to foster a decentralized and community-driven ecosystem for the benefit of the community. Unicat has no financial interest in the performance, value, or management of the Unicat Coin ($CAT), and our operations and objectives are separate from the Unicat Coin ($CAT) ecosystem.
